Possition Available: 1 Full time / 1 part-time
About the role - Artisan Bread Baker:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a bread-specific baker across all aspects of the role in a commercial setting.
This means we're open to first-year apprentices who are ready to take their baking to the next level, to expert-level bakers who have always wanted to try new things but have been kept back by the industry. We currently have 7 Sourdough breads that produce 12 products and will be expanding in the future.
Patisserie experience is appreciated as we have a patisserie team so in the future there is a possibility of a hybrid role however at this time, we are focused on the bread.
