We are looking for a motivated, experienced retail leader to join our Townsville team. We have a stunning showroom in Domain Central.
Qualifications & experience
- You must have 2 years previous experience in retail management, similar industry preferred but not essential as long as it is retail.
- You must be a self-driven, goal-focused leader with a proven track record
Tasks & responsibilities
- Establishing a brand for the market
- Supporting, driving and managing a team to ensure all KPIs are met
- You will be passionate about building the brand and become an ambassador of the brand
- You will be able to recruit, train and lead a team of salespeople whilst managing the administrative tasks of the store
- Being a sales champion and leading by example. You must be a strong salesperson and leader
- Ensuring compliance across policies and procedures
- Must be a great communicator and work with all areas of the business, in a largely autonomous role
- You must be resilient, there is a lot to learn, it will take commitment and dedication to learn and excel in the role
