We are currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Garden City store. A minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail/jewellery is preferred but not essential.
The Role
The duties you will need to perform are:
- Ensuring sales targets are reached and exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service delivery.
- Expense Management.
- Recruitment, Training and Development.
- Coaching, capability and performance management
- Excellence in store presentation
- Operational excellence.
- Outstanding product knowledge.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example at all times and ensure strong team focus on Company Core Values
- High levels of exceptional customer service delivery.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set sales and KPI targets.
- Strong focus on expense management and Profit and Loss deliverables.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams towards achievement of organisational goals and objectives, whilst maintaining accountability levels through the ability to identify performance enhancement needs.
- Proven experience and ability in presentation and merchandising of stores.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet required deadlines at all times
- Well developed attention to detail and demonstrated ability to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy at all times.
- Regularly seek opportunities to grow personal skillsets and enhance product knowledge.
