Your key responsibilities
Work with and report to the MS Tax Deal Architect / Tax solution Leader on the job
Use knowledge / experience in any of the following fields of expertise to establish creditability:
Tax and reporting and outsourcing
Accounting and finance reporting and outsourcing,
Financial services industry specialization
Client Transparency taxes and reporting specialization
Business and technology transformation and consulting
Drive the solution design workstreams covering all aspects of people process and technology for pursuit
Design of target client solution (resourcing, location, technology, integration), transition and transformation program, based upon repeatable and scalable operation models
Work on complex pursuits as the Business Architect (reporting to the MS Tax Solution leader) with the relevant technical fields (Outsourcing, Tax, Finance and Accounting and/ or Financial service expertise such as Customers Transparent Tax Operations and Reporting Services or Business and technology transformation and consulting), collaborating with peer workstreams leaders, Service Line Subject Matter Resources, as well as other EY team members
Provide input towards the design of the Tax managed services offering over the development lifecycle with particular focus on delivery components necessary to deploy a viable solution for our clients
Capture knowledge and repeatable artefacts from pursuits to support future pursuits; and
Support development of standardized assets used across different offerings as well as different stages of the pursuit lifecycle.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Technical competency in any of the following areas:
Tax compliance and reporting, OR
Accounting and Finance; OR
Outsourcing and managed services solution design
Finance sector /Financial service expertise - general
Finance sector /Financial service expertise - as Customers Transparent Tax Operations and Reporting Services
Business and technology transformation and consulting
Consulting and transformation consulting skills
Business case analysis skills
Very strong excel skills, including pivot tables
Strong Visio skills for process mapping
Strong Commercial acumen and understanding of market leading pricing models
Solutions focus/problem solver with a can-do attitude
Challenger mindset and questions the status quo.
