This is your chance to join our Executive Chef - Simon Quick and our culinary team to showcase your skills in Asian cookery. We are committed to creating and delivery an authentic Asian dining experience to our members and guests.
We have a solid Membership and a loyal community base that is growing every week! We have built state of the art facilities, and our staff, well they are the backbone of everything we do. They are genuine, customer centric and a whole lot of fun.
As a Chef de cuisine you will work with our Executive Chef to ensure we are offering an authentic Asian dining experience for our members and guests.
You will have autonomy in menu creation and delivery, take the reins of your team and ensure they are trained to be able to deliver outstanding dishes each time.
You will assist the Executive Chef in developing strategies to meet the organisational objectives of the Club and ensure you stay abreast of the market trends with Asian dining.
Whilst undertaking the role you will be joining a team of experienced and supportive Managers that will be right behind you!
What we need from you;
- Extensive experience in Asian cookery - our customers love the authentic Asian experience we are able to offer
- Ability to lead, train and develop junior chefs - our team is growing and we need someone that can work with others and takes pride in developing the people we have
- It's crucial for you to be able to stay calm and focused through busy service periods
- Effective communication skills - You need to be able to communicate with the rest of the team daily
- Time management - It's busy!!
- Organisational skills - You need to be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to ensure smooth service periods are achieved
