The RecoveryOfficer (Non-Tenant Debt) is a role within Financial Accounting,Collections and is accountable to the Manager, Collections formonitoring and managing the SA Housing Authority debtor system forthe collection of outstanding monies. The role is responsible forinvestigating and responding to all non-tenant debt-relatedenquires on the charging of debt and provides practical support andinformation to regional officers, contact centre, private debtcollection agencies and other external stakeholders.
