About the Role
The Lead, Organisational Development is responsible for managinga team of Organisational Development professionals to design,implement and evaluate organisation-wide frameworks to understandthe workforce needs and drive capability through structured andscaled initiatives and programs.
This role, in particular, will focus on leading projects relatedto the equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) portfolios in theOrganisational Development team.
The Lead, Organisational Development will apply their deepsubject matter expertise and analyse existing departmentalpractices to build a culture where every person can perform attheir best and contribute to world-class performance.

Qualifications
Essential: An appropriate tertiary qualification inOrganisational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or arelevant discipline.
Desirable: Experience working on ED&I-relatedprojects.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in OrganisationalDevelopment program design and delivery.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department forHuman Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior tobeing employed which is required to be renewed every five yearsbefore expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect -Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course orthe online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to beupdated every three years.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well asopportunities for professional development and careeradvancement.
ASO8 $119,317- $123,822 per annum plus superannuation
