About the role

As the Asset and Infrastructure Officer, you will use your skills and knowledge across multiple trades to maintain and enhance the Mt Buffalo Chalet and adjacent assets. Your role coordinates maintenance works and servicing of essential services and utilities. The Chalet building and services are large and complex and requires the ability to problem solve and think creatively.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A relevant trade qualification in building, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and or/mechanics is essential
  • High level judgement and experience in analytical problem solving, decision making, regulation and standards application as well as compliance with workplace health and safety.
  • Extensive experience in managing works pertaining to building, electrical and plumbing trades.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, procurement management and project management.
