Based in Girraween (Western Sydney), you will provide administrative support to our Engineering team by managing the administrative aspects of asset creation, regularly checking that all information is accurate and up to date. Main Duties include:Related invoice and finance administrationRaising of purchase orders and capex requestsDatabase and information maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, completed appropriately and up to dateWorking alongside the Asset Creation Manager to build and track asset creation plansKey Selection Criteria:Previous experience in a similar fleet, asset, finance or administrative support roleExcellent data entry skills and attention to detailDemonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and ExcelThe ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamPerks and BenefitsAs a crew, we're honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
