As an Area Manager within the Narrogin region, you will be responsible for including but not limited to:
- Managing and controlling functions of the Area Office to ensure that quality services are provided in accordance with Departmental policy.
- Establishing and maintaining contact with a network of Service Agencies, Welfare bodies and local Politicians within the Area Office’s sphere of operation.
- Managing controls and monitoring the allocation of tenancies including coordinating the maintenance of all properties to ensure satisfactory completion of maintenance.
- Providing a focal point of contact for clients at a local level to provide advice and assistance.
- Formulating submissions for Capital Works Budgets and Building Programs.
- Managing and controlling the acquisition and disposal of properties and other assets at a local level.
- Contributing to the development and review of Regional strategies, policies and programs at a local level, and implements policies and procedures for the Area.
