This is a senior leadership role managing a multi-discipline team of engineers. The function provides improvement to the business through capital project initiation and concept studies, asset integrity compliance and reliability improvements, and medium to long term strategic asset management plans. The Lead will be responsible for: Business improvement project initiation and concept studies, leading to technical support to the Capital Project Management Team. Operational Readiness delivery for Capital Projects Developing policy and procedures to provide life cycle management of all site assets (fixed and rotating plant, civil and structural, electrical and instrumentation) Developing and managing 3 to 5 year Life of Asset plans (Capital and Opex) required for maintaining the integrity of assets whilst identifying opportunities to improve their function and life cycle costs. Collaborate with the Maintenance and Reliability function to review and improve equipment Strategies and tactics to optimize performance and cost of equipment Managing investigations into complex equipment failures and providing solutions to mitigate recurrence. Strategic direction setting and driving of team performance to deliver tangible outcomes to the business. To be successful in this role you will need to possess: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
