has come a long way since 1974, when the Emery family first purchased a truck and started selling soil from its dairy property in the Shoalhaven.
Today, SOILCO specialises in the design, construction, and operation of advanced organic recycling facilities, together with end-to-end solutions from food waste collection to product manufacturing and distribution.
SOILCO is ambitious and growth-oriented. With the investment of US Infrastructure Fund ISQ, it is on a journey to build a national resource recovery business with state-of-the-art organics facilities with processing capabilities unique to Australia.
To build the business and manage the operation, SOILCO continues to invest in top talent. Key to delivering operational excellence, the new Asset & Maintenance Manager will play a vital enabling role.
The Asset & Maintenance Manager will design and operationalise a fit-for-purpose maintenance strategy, strategy and programs across equipment, fleet and facilities. Through a lens of safety and compliance, you will lead, motivate and performance manage your team as you look to transform and optimise your portfolio.
You will be an asset and maintenance expert, resourceful and experienced. This role requires great management versatility with a focus on systems, projects, financials and contracts.
As an SME and pragmatic leader, you'll bring a contemporary mindset and insight into industry trends and best practice.
The return for you is a role that provides a pathway to professional growth in a progressive organisation that's well-resourced and geared for success.
If you identify with SOILCO's ambition and the opportunity to transform maintenance and work with talented people appeals, we encourage you to submit an expression of interest by 18 February.
