We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Client (Account) Manager.
Your focus will be to maintain strong business relationships with your portfolio of clients to which our company provides Fire Systems and Equipment Maintenance services. You will assist them to achieve, maintain and improve their fire compliance and life safety through accurate reporting, excellent scheduling and clearly outlined improvement strategies and meeting Key Performance Indicators ensuring ‘uncompromising personal service’ is always the priority.
Confident, professional, with an ability to move nimbly to bring clear and sustainable solutions.
The right candidate will possess the following:
- Demonstrated capability to maintain and grow excellent business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to deliver positive outcomes both commercial and non-commercial
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Proficient in the use of technology to enhance response and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal
- Capability to communicate complex information to a wide audience
- Strong scheduling and time management skills
- Excellent team and culture fit
- Proactive and capable of prioritisation of multiple tasks to continually meet deadlines
- Willingness to continuously improve own knowledge and skills in a new field
- Experience in the Fire Protection industry could be advantageous.
