About the RoleIRT is seeking an experiencedAsset Management Coordinatorto join the Infrastructure Management team in Wollongong. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will plan and schedule projects and associated Asset Management works across the portfolio.
- Utilise the Linkesafe system to manage individuals working for contractors WHS compliance. Report and liaise with contractors to rectify any non-compliance issues.
- Collect and collate all compliance documentation for all IRT sites, this documentation is to be updated on the share file on a monthly basis for all sites. Reporting of compliance status and liaising with contractors is required to resolve any gaps in accreditation compliance.
- Assist the Asset Managers in scheduling and programming capital projects across the portfolio.
- Disseminate to all relevant stakeholders a project/works plan detailing all works that will be undertaken at each site three months in advance.
- Attend meetings, take minutes for the meetings and file minutes in the appropriate location of the IRT W drive.
- Manage, receipt and approve invoices relating to works that has been engaged by the Infrastructure team.
- Ensure clear communication of time frames, updates and all relevant information with all key stakeholders including the Care Managers, Lifestyle Managers, Sales Consultants, residents and staff
- Adhere to master data management requirements for asset on boarding and disposal
- Assist Asset Managers in preparing the capital budgets, collating documentation and quotations ready for review
- Attend sites for the purpose of undertaking reviews, meeting contractors, site specific meetings, access requirements and asset data confirmation.
- Ensure all preventative maintenance work orders are completed and closed off using the Computerized Maintenance Management System upon completion.
- Supervise contractors and other maintenance service providers in regard to current/future contracts, quotations, progress and standards of work being achieved and review of such performance
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements including Work Health & Safety of IRT residents and staff. This includes hazard identification, risk assessment, WHS induction and introducing control measures for service provided by all staff and contractors.
