Asset Management Analyst's

The Opportunity:A well-respected investment firm backed by private equity is seeking two Analysts to join their collaborative and high performing team.The Analysts will be based in Sydney and be part of the investment management team responsible for the analysis and Asset Management reporting. One covering the commercial office sector and the other across Retail/Residential responsible for the day to day analysis of portfolio investment management strategies.The Role:As an Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of analysis and Asset Management reporting tasks within the office or retail/residential sector. Your primary objectives will include:

• Conducting thorough analysis and reporting for the commercial or retail/residential sector, including management and board reporting, budgeting, and other ad hoc tasks.
• Assisting in the preparation and tracking of budgets, internal and external valuations, and detailed cashflow models for asset analysis.
• Contributing to the strategic repositioning of assets to align with market trends and user needs.
• Supporting the disposition program to maximize investor returns and building a high-performing Analytics team focused on delivering investment outperformance.
• You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Asset Managers and the Finance team as well as external service providers including CBRE, property managers, valuers, technical advisors, and consultants.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in commerce/business, valuations or property.
• 1-3 years' experience in the property sector, with a strong preference for commercial valuations, property/development analysis, or funds management.
• High financial aptitude and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations under tight deadlines.
