What you will be doing:

We are seeking an Asset Management Specialist to join our Asset Management team. An Asset Management Specialist reports to the Marlanda Project Manager & Site Supervisor and will work on unique and diverse Asset Management projects by assisting in a range of routine and non-routine tasks, including but not limited to:

• Maintenance Planning / Scheduling role replacement and/or duties

• Master Data Coordinator role replacement and/or duties

• Critical Spares Coordinator role replacement and/or duties

• Reliability Technician / Engineer role replacement and/or duties

• Fleet Management Specialist role replacement and/or duties

• Work Management Improvement projects

• Cost Control / Analysis projects

• Business Intelligence projects

What you will bring:

• Experience/interest in the Asset Management Specialist role, including current Asset Management concepts, processes, and best practices

• A passion for improvement, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes

• A skillset including problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, presentation,

customer service, and a team collaborator

• Results orientated, conceptual thinker with a tenacity for taking initiative and seeing ideas through

• Ability to engage with site stakeholders & maintain positive communications and relationships

• Ability to work under minimal supervision, while demonstrating a positive and transparent safety culture

• Experience in Microsoft Suite

• Experience in formulating project KPIs, providing data analysis and updates

• Experience in ERP systems including SAP and Pronto is preferred

• Experience in mobile and fixed plant Asset Management is preferred

• Manual Driver’s Licence

• Willingness to do site-based work, travelling to remote sites regularly

• Able to work flexible rosters based on client project requirements
