As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking experienced Asset Management professionals to join our team at our new Maroochydore head office on the beautiful Queensland Sunshine Coast.
The Role:
As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play an integral role in our team, developing and implementing Asset Management processes, systems and providing support services to our clients.
Your contribution to enhance and standardise Asset Management practices will impact on client’s maintenance and operational efficiencies, improve decision making, develop core competencies and reduce costs over the entire asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop operations strategic documents including Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) and Asset Management Plans (AMPs).
- ·Standardising Asset Management practices by developing and implementing client and industry specific procedures, policies and standards across an organisation.
- Support clients with informed decision making when investing in new, upgrading existing or retire old assets to ensure the best return on investment.
- CMMS / ERP Master data development and management.
- Improve maintenance productivity by implementing effective maintenance work management practices.
- Operational readiness support of new greenfield and brownfield sites
- Support clients with asset closure planning.
- Development of Care and Maintenance plans for mothballed or suspended operations.
- Provide Asset Management guidance and mentorship to operations and maintenance teams.
- Project planning and reporting.
To Be Successful, You Will:
- Hold 5 years of industry experience in a maintenance planning or Asset Management related role gained in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing industry sectors.
- Have experience in data analysis including extraction from various data sources and the ability to summarise data into conclusions.
- Demonstrate experience in managing projects, with a demonstrated ability to handle project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Travel and work on remote location for at least 50% of the time.
- Demonstrate a strong written and spoken English skills and aptitude.
