Asset Protection Systems Manager

The Asset Protection Systems Manager position reports directly to the Director of Surveillance and specialises in the management of all technical systems within Asset Protection and the day-to-day responsibility for efficient and effective operation of the Asset Protection systems and technology. A few of your responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, expansion, development and management of Surveillance & Security Systems via the technical resources.
• Ensure the Surveillance & Security Systems operate and are maintained within accordance to the Casino Control Act and ICM’s
• Assist with the Development & planning of a Technology Roadmap that leverages existing & current technologies, whilst futureproofing said infrastructure for operations.
• Respond, investigate and report Breaches in areas of the role’s responsibility within the obligated timeframe and implement processes to prevent or mitigate their reoccurrence.
• Accountable for the development, implementation and evaluation of Asset Protection operations to ensure they meet company objectives.
• Provide advice on the most efficient and effective use of current surveillance equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with managing CCTV installation, maintenance, repairs and programming.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operating systems &/or network maintenance.
• Experience with installation and administration of Windows 2019 Server and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Knowledge or experience with Access Control Intruder Detection & Two-way Radio systems
• Current NSW Security Industry Licence.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
