We have a fantastic and challenging full-time, two-year contract position for an Asset Systems Improvement Coordinator, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $96,568 to $107,722 p.a. plus superannuation.We're looking for someone to drive change and lead the delivery of projects that result in the improvement of our Asset Management Systems and processes.This role will be integral in the development of new processes, standards and procedures, support change management, and drive behaviour changes throughout our organisation.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingOn a day-to-day basis, you'll be:
- Leading working groups with key stakeholders to discuss what changes need to be made.
- Holding people accountable for agreed actions.
- Developing project plans.
- Developing and implementing key life-cycle activities and strategies across selected asset classes.
- Undertaking analysis of current business processes and workflows and re-engineering them for business efficiencies.
- Skills identifying problems and fixing them
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in change management practices and inventory systems.
- A working knowledge of the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management System is desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to influence behaviours and outcomes across multiple areas.
- An understanding of enterprise asset management, stock control, inventory and spares practices.
- The ability to interpret legislation and Australian Standards.
