Assett Officer

I have an immediate position available for an Asset Officer who has experience in facilities coordination.

We are currently working with a busy government agency to find an experienced Asset Coordinator, with a background in Facilities Management. This role will be a short-term temporary assignment, starting immediately.

Your new role

In your new role, your responsibilities will include; writing briefings, managing ministerial workflows and preparing procedure documents & reports. You will ensure projects comply with policies and defined objectives that achieve appropriate quality standards & financial budgets.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in working on operational Policy & Procedures relating to Facilities Management & assets
• Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and apply information to support operations
• A valid DHS clearance or ability to gain one
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
