About the role

The Assistant Account Executive role is currently being offered as full-time position, located at our Norwood office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Process renewals as per broker instructions, download sunrise renewals and prepare renewal reports.
  • Obtain all client policy documents from insurers.
  • Process new business, endorsements, cancellations and manage client refunds.
  • Run monthly Renewal Report Summaries.
  • Provide business support to the FRA team.
  • Attend to phone and email enquiries from clients and underwriters.
  • Lodge and monitor claims/circumstances with insurers.
  • Cross sell insurance products, relevant to client sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers, premium funders and clients.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry.
  • Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualification.
  • Experience carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and functions within a team environment.
  • Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments.
  • Proactive thinking and the ability to effectively multitask.
  • Experience using the Insight broker management system is preferred but not essential.
