About the role
The Assistant Account Executive role is currently being offered as full-time position, located at our Norwood office.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Process renewals as per broker instructions, download sunrise renewals and prepare renewal reports.
- Obtain all client policy documents from insurers.
- Process new business, endorsements, cancellations and manage client refunds.
- Run monthly Renewal Report Summaries.
- Provide business support to the FRA team.
- Attend to phone and email enquiries from clients and underwriters.
- Lodge and monitor claims/circumstances with insurers.
- Cross sell insurance products, relevant to client sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurers, premium funders and clients.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry.
- Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualification.
- Experience carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and functions within a team environment.
- Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments.
- Proactive thinking and the ability to effectively multitask.
- Experience using the Insight broker management system is preferred but not essential.
