The FP&A Manager will provide and enhance forecast accuracy, timely and accurate reporting insightful information to senior leaders of the business.
This role is responsible for working with key stakeholders to construct financial plans which are responsive to changing project performance across the division. Reporting to the Divisional Head of Finance you will be supporting across all aspects of the division.
As the FP&A Manager you will have experience in collation or project valuation reports and project WBS forecasting. This includes cash flow forecasting which contributes to the division’s operating ‘cash culture’ whilst unlocking ‘trapped cash’ and understands key investing flows for Joint Ventures.
In particular we are looking for someone who has experience managing different stakeholders with conflicting priorities, managing long term contracts with revenue recognition milestones and a high attention to detail as you will be required to pull data from multiple ERP sources.
Accountabilities:
- High level of financial planning and budgeting skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage and deliver key requirements in a geographically dispersed organisation
- Flexible to an evolving corporate environment and a finance team is undergoing an exciting transition
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in either finance, accounting or commerce
- Preferred CPA/CA with post graduate studies highly regarded (ie. MBA, Masters in Corporate Finance etc.)
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in a senior accounting / finance role
