Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – This position is responsible for assisting the Manager in the development of new accounts and servicing of exciting accounts for General Insurance products. Key accountabilities including providing service to existing clients through such as renewals, endorsements, invoicing, preparing slips and presentations, responding to enquiries from existing and potential clients, general broking and claims lodging, liaising with underwriters and claims officers. New business and Policy renewal preparation; Preparation of documentation; Assisting with debtor collection; keeping abreast of changes to legislation; Undertake professional development activities.

Reports to the Managing Director and works with a small team
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
Broking experience and Tier 1 preferred.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Highly attuned verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate knowledge/experience with Microsoft office.
