HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a proficient Customer Service Representative with a passion for logistics.
- Location: Lytton QLD 4178
- Working Hours: Between - Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm
- Hourly Rate: $32.50/hr + Super
About the Role
- Be the primary liaison for designated customers, coordinating all related activities efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate client orders, ensuring smooth collaboration with warehouse and transport teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain awareness of Service Level Agreements and rate structures for clients.
- Manage tasks, such as orders, stock counts, and KPI maintenance, effectively using available tools.
About You
- Previous experience in logistics and Customer Service is highly considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
- High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol and Police checks for successful candidates.
