Assistant Account Executive - Part Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Broker to join a friendly team in Osborne Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the insurance industry to gain valuable experience and progress into a long-term career.
Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day insurance tasks, including client liaison, commercial plus home & motor renewal processing, and general office duties.
• Provide commercial, domestic home & motor quotes plus claims.
• Provide administrative support to brokers as required.
• Respond to client and insurer enquiries promptly and professionally.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within broking.
• Tier 1.
• Previous experience in Winbeat will be advantageous though training can be provided.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• A strong customer focus with the ability to produce positive outcomes.
• A genuine desire to learn, accept feedback, and strive to improve.
• Competent writing and arithmetic skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
