About the Role:
You will enjoy a varied role working closely with one of the Directors of the business and supporting a portfolio of SME business clients. This will include:

• Processing new business, renewals and endorsements
• Answer client queries relating to a variety of insurance policies
• Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
• Build and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers
• Preparation and checking of policy documentation

About You:

• Previous insurance broking experience 
• Tier 1 qualified 
• Comfortable with various technology and software
• High attention to detail and complete your work to high standards
• Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
• Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
