About the Role:
You will enjoy a varied role working closely with one of the Senior Leaders of the business and supporting a portfolio of primarily SME business clients. This will include:
- Processing new business, renewals and endorsements
- Answer client queries relating to a variety of insurance policies
- Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers
- Preparation and checking of policy documentation
- Previous insurance broking experience - the role would ideally suit someone who has either worked as an SME broker themselves or supported an SME broker at a senior level
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers - you are confident and comfortable speaking directly with clients, and your industry expertise gives them clarity and confidence
- Comfortable with various technology and software
- High attention to detail and complete your work to high standards
- Transparent, confident and clear communication
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
- Minimum Tier 1 qualification (General Insurance Broking)
