Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone dynamic, enjoys customer service, willing to learn, and has some accounting experience. Excellent remuneration including parking is available.
The Role
If successful, you will be required to
- Be part of the team to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable mailboxes
- Be responsible for the collection of monies
- Perform invoicing and receipting processes
- Bank reconciliation and end of month processes
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Perform general administration duties
Applicants should have:
- Some experience in a commercial industry and/or relateable experience
- Strong computer and excel skills.
- a high level of attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine “Can Do” attitude.
As the position will be working in a small team, the ability to work independently is essential to the success of this role.
Most importantly, the applicant must have a genuine enjoyment of, and takes pride in their work.
