Form of workWe are seeking a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to join our client's Carringbah Branch. The successful candidate will be managing an existing portfolio of Commercial SME and middle market business as well as some Jewellers Block clients. Ideally you will be be an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive with 4 + years' experience, good technical knowledge and a positive attitude
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing the highest level of customer service to the portfolio of clients
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the Insured, Underwriters and other key stakeholders
- Handling New Business enquiries
- Handling all renewals, endorsements, new business quotes and all other Broking duties.
- Working on Commercial SME and Middle Market accounts
- Attending client visits
- Working closely with your support team
Ideally candidates will have:
- Tier 1 or Diploma qualifications in General Insurance Broking
- At least 4 years' experience in Insurance Broking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
- Good energy levels and desire to succeed
- High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism
