The OpportunityThe Access, Inclusion and Success Team have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a
Senior Coordinator,
Projects and Development.As the successful candidate you will be responsible for acting as a key liaison point and subject matter expert in relation to project progress and objectives for a range of equity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, you will undertake activities to support end to end project delivery including: working with stakeholders to scope and plan project deliverables, monitoring and reporting against budget, timeframes and other performance indicators, managing a schedule of project meetings. This role is also responsible for planning and managing internal and external team communication on behalf of Access, Inclusion and Success as well as supporting Monash entry schemes and equity scholarship initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring a strong communications or project management background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Diversity is one of our greatest strengths at Monash.
