The Opportunity
In this role, in close collaboration with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will have the chance to:
- Cultivate and sustain valuable connections with children, families, colleagues, and the center's community.
- Create and execute a forward-thinking early learning curriculum that aligns with contemporary early childhood education principles.
- Record and communicate children's progress and development to their families.
- Play an active role in advancing and integrating the Guardian Curriculum.
- Access professional growth opportunities, career progression pathways, and a genuinely inclusive and cooperative learning atmosphere.
- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check.
