- Prepare & create job cards
- Prepare & finalise invoices
- Meet & acknowledge all customers
- Have a sound knowledge of automotive concepts

- Quote service pricing
- Ensure customers are kept up to date throughout their service/repair experience
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure customers are attended to in a timely manner
- Minimise call wait times
- Process & receive customer payments
