The Role
The role is Admin assistant, whom is answerable to the Managing director and admin manager This is a permanent part time role of 22 hours per week including 3 morning shifts and one full day shift
The role incudes
Greeting customers
Answering phone calls
Liasing between customers and technicians
Taking new bookings
Creating invoices
Receiving stock and entering to system
Entering data
Costing jobs
Receiving payments
Skills and experience
1.Must have excellent customer service skills
2.previous experience in office admin/receptionist
3Good time management skills
4.Proficeint in Microsoft office suite
5.Experience with xero an advantage
