We are seeking an experienced Assistant Banquet Operations Manager to join our team. The role will report to the F&B Manager and is responsible for effectively managing & overseeing the Banqueting Operation.

The successful Assistant Banquet Operations Manager will:
- Lead our team with a positive, team orientated approach
- Work closely with our Kitchen, Meeting and Events Sales team and liaise with guests to ensure the smooth running of events
- Be hands on, leading the way and showing a shining example of hospitality to the team
- Assist with rostering, recruitment, team development and overall coordination & training of the department
Essential criteria:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a large team
- Immaculate presentation and outgoing personality
- Experience in a Banquets team
- Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge
