The Role:
As Assistant Banquets Manager, you will lead the Banquets team and oversee flawless execution from start to end. You will be a brilliant brand ambassador and uphold this company's reputation for providing incredible customer experiences. You will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Culinary and Events Sales teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience leading Food & Beverage teams in the event space, overseeing the preparation and execution of events.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond for guests.
- Excellent understanding of financials and adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Passion for training and development of Food & Beverage team members
- Displays a lead-from-the-front mentality and maintains a cheerful demeanour
