• Supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of Food and Beverage
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Training fellow bar staff in delivering outstanding service
• Assisting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in ensuring compliance
• Aid the Restaurant and Bar Manager in procurement and inventory management
• Collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager in scheduling staff
• Contribute to the on-boarding and training of new bar team members

Requirements:

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
