About the role:
- Oversee all aspect of the front-of-house floor operations and lead your own team;

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including overseeing the bar and restaurant activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for all patrons.
- Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism, product knowledge, and service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Maintain inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures.
- Assist in managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and making recommendations for cost-effective strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Hospitality Management is ideal.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisor in a hatted restaurant, high-end restaurant or premium bistro setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food and beverage menu development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate a customer experience mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
