ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an ambassador for L’Occitane who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.

The successful applicant will act as a strong support to our Store Manager, assisting with operational duties of the boutique and coaching/mentoring the team.

  • This is a Part-Time/Permanent Position.
  • It is a 25 hour a week position where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight

ABOUT YOU:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
  • Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
  • Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
