Assistant Branch Manager $110,000 + Vehicle + Up To 30K Bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager in driving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives. With a focus on leadership, strategy implementation, and team management, the Assistant Branch Manager will contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch.

Please note we are also looking for experienced Customer Service professionals to join the team due undertaking an expanding stage in the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes
• Oversee and manage a team of 4 direct reports and 10 indirect reports
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise branch performance and profitability
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate action to address areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Valid driver's license.

Shift time:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
