Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for branch operations and leading a technical service team. You will maintain contact with current customers, and ensure your team deliver a high level of service.
Skills and experience
As a highly motivated Manager, you will have had proven success in running branch operations and a technical service team. Ideally you will have worked in a company that provides a high level of service such as mechanical used for industrial, construction or mining applications. An industrial/OTR tyre background would be highly advantageous. You will be respected as a dynamic and driven leader who has a successful record in developing and coaching high-performing teams. You need to be highly organised and motivated to succeed.
