The TGI Fridays Assistant Brand manager focuses on the development and execution of national and local area marketing campaigns, events and partnerships in line with the Marketing Strategy. The primary role of the Marketing function at TGI Fridays is to build brand equity, drive sales and increase profit.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan
- Develop and execute national marketing campaigns and local area marketing promotions, events, and community partnerships in line with the agreed marketing plan and budgets
- Support execution of the strategic marketing plans for new restaurant openings and refurbs
- Monitor campaign and menu launch effectiveness against agreed KPIs.
- Support the completion of post-campaign analysis and make recommendations based on key learnings
- Support Restaurant Managers and BDMs with marketing requests
- Support the development of the local area marketing toolkit, budget allocation and reporting
- Develop and execute social media content, scheduling and reporting
- Manage key Influencer relationships, including outreach, scheduling, reimbursement and reporting
- Maintain correct and up-to-date content on the TGI Fridays website, 3rd party delivery providers and booking platforms
- Develop internal communications to inform the broader team on marketing campaigns and developments
- Support national marketing budget reconciliation with accurate invoice tracking
- Support refinement of TGI Friday's brand, delivering consistent visual language across all platforms
- Promote best practices within the Marketing department and constantly look to improve processes and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of full-time experience in marketing or brand management
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- A passion and commitment to producing great work
