Job Description:About the roleReporting to the Global Senior
Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to enhance consumer engagement and drive growth through direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels as well as delivering Global
Consumer Experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing consumer-centric initiatives that strengthen Penfolds brand loyalty.
- Be a key contributor in the development and implementation of DTC and Global Consumer initiatives as part of the Global Brand Plan, including e-commerce platforms, Loyalty programs, Brand Homes events and activations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and consistency in Consumer Experience initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to track the success of Consumer Experience and DTC initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
About youWe are looking for someone who can cultivate and deliver a luxurious DTC experience that represents the Penfolds Brand. You will be able to direct strategy led projects, whilst liaising with numerous external and internal stakeholders, within defined timelines, and still have great attention to detail. As someone who is self-driven, proactive and challenges the status quo you are ready to join one of the largest identified growth avenues for Penfolds over the next 5 years and continue to grow and define one of the world's most notorious wine brands.
- Qualifications in business or marketing related discipline (advantageous)
- Marketing Experience in an FMCG environment (preferably wine or alcohol industry)
- Experience in brand, shopper, luxury retail, digital innovation or event/project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to define and manage sets of goals involving diverse stakeholders and content types
