About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will sit within the Brand Team in the GTM department supporting the development of global marketing campaigns across our key brands Breville, Sage, and Beanz.com. Your responsibilities will revolve around assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, including the 'Specialty Coffee Bundle (Project Fusion)' program, Beanz.com expansion and product campaigns across key categories, on a global scale.
To ensure consumer centricity, you will support Brand Team in building consumer insight initiatives, including market intelligence and research, collaborating with product teams, wider marketing functions, and external agencies, to identify consumer needs and develop key stories relevant for our target audiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of campaigns, contributing to the overall growth and success of our brands in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Support manager and wider Brand Team introduce, plan, and execute global marketing initiatives and campaigns in the GTM division across Breville, Sage, and Beanz.com.
- Assist with project management of product, campaign, and brand launches, including creation of Sell-in decks, and "always on" activities to achieve agreed business targets on time, whilst ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Liaise with internal and external creative agencies and track progress on creative campaigns and artwork ensuring schedules are on track.
- Work alongside product, design, retail, digital, social, comms and ops teams to ensure marketing campaigns are developed and executed cohesively.
- Co-ordinate marketing initiatives across new product launches, key category offenses and seasonal campaigns
- Provide project status updates, reporting & feedback as required
- Help prepare Brand Team and Beanz marketing presentations
- Champion the brand values, strategy and guidelines for Breville | Sage | Beanz.com
- Champion the Jira and Vault platforms for BT, and maintains Usage Rights database
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
- Marketing degree and a minimum 1-2 years in a digital marketing, content, or a brand creative role
- Strong organisational, time management and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage agency relationships
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and across functions
- High attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills, liaising with both global and regional stakeholders
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively and build solid working relationships
