The Assistant Brand Manager - Streets role is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.Job SummaryWe are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager – Streets who will lead and execute the development and implementation of local brand plans in Australia and New Zealand to achieve long and short term business goals. Our Ice Cream category vision is measured in smiles and happiness – Ice cream makes you happier. This role will allow you to work on Australia and New Zealand’s much-loved Streets brands, such as Cornetto and Golden Gaytime.Within this role, you will be a catalyst to the brands strategic choices, product, and commercial innovations, and branded activations across media and consumer touchpoints, leveraging data, insights, creativity, and innovation to achieve success.Permanent full-time role with hybrid (WFH + Office days) working arrangements.Office locations: Sydney CBD & North Rocks.You will report to the Streets Marketing Manager and work with a passionate and dynamic team in Sydney.Role Responsibilities:Leads the development of the Brand Marketing Plans by identifying the brand’s key issues and opportunities using:Consumer knowledge & understandingThe drivers of brand growth and business performanceLeveraging global best practice and learningsProject management and cross functional collaboration as a project lead. Leads new project execution plans across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with key agencies, customer development teams and relevant global teams.Focus on leveraging data sources to develop insights for future local brand growth opportunities, including monthly brand performance analysis, market share commentary and tracking and owners mindset for brand performance.Builds productive working relationships with customer development, CMI, global team, finance and supply chain to manage the brand’s day-to-day operations and key annual activities including range reviews and innovation reviews.Develop engaging and inspiring brand/sell in presentations for internal and external partners.Engage with agency partners to create bold, disruptive, and unmissable integrated media plans and POS, making our brands stand out online and offline.Day to day budget ownership for Streets across the calendar year.What are we looking for?Independent, organized and autonomous self-starterStrong people and stakeholder managementTeam player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
