- Executing marketing and communications plans, strategies, programs and activities including campaigns, product launches, promotions, photoshoots, and sampling.
- Coordinating, organising and developing marketing material in line with strategic brand guidelines.
- Work with digital teams across all channels and platforms, ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Assisting with the management of eCommerce in the USA and working with agencies to drive sales on these platforms.
- Adapting and approving social copy for Little Bellies content calendars on organic and paid channels each month for USA, Canada, and New Zealand.
- Monitoring digital trends and platforms and making recommendations.
- Attending sales and marketing meetings.
- Evaluating data and creating reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
- Providing input into strategic direction for new product development, and assessing targeted customer groups.
- Managing A&P expenditure to the strategic plan in each market.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 02 years' experience in marketing or brand management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
