We have over 65 staff members across four offices and accreditation in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT. Our wealth of experience allows us to audit concept design, detail design, the compliance of on-site construction methods, and to monitor defects in the delivery phase to the highest professional standard.
THE ROLE
Due to recent growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor/Building Regulations Consultant/assistant to come on board full time
DUTIES
- Representing the company on small and medium projects involving certification and consulting work
- Statutory regulatory and BCA reviews and audits
- Providing support to more senior staff on larger projects
- Managing and meeting client expectations
- Monitoring client satisfaction
- Initiating service recovery if needed
- Business development
- Identifying new opportunities
- Actively developing relationships with existing clients
- Assist in ongoing process review and improvement
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a building surveying company or council building surveying department,
- A recognised Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent,
- Registered or Near Registered Building Surveyor preferred
- Juniors/cadets with minimum 6 months experience are encouraged to apply as there will be senior mentors who will be able to offer support and guidance.
