Role Overview:
As an Administration Assistant at Codus, you'll support our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in our project delivery process. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation, coordinating schedules, managing files, and liaising with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare fee proposals and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule building inspections.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage statutory documentation and process approvals.
- Support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in a dynamic setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills.
