The Role:
Leading and mentoring this passionate team, the role is hands on in this super busy and well respected venue. With a head for financials and a passion for driving results this role reports to the Venue Manager. Experience in high volume food and beverage establishments as well as functions and events is preferred. This venue is multi faceted and requires a Manager who can think on their feet and handle many tasks simultaneously.
What you can bring:
- At least 2 years Management experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Solutions focused and strong leadership
- Passion for always making the customer happy
- Experienced in exceeding sales targets and managing profit, costs and gross profit
- Local area marketing and social media expertise
- Financial acumen fitting of an experienced Manager
- Experience in recruiting and managing an amazing team
- High personal presentation standards
- Incredible eye for detail and presentation standards
