We are looking for an Assistant Car Park Manager (2IC) to assist in leading a team in a large retail shopping centre in Sunshine Plaza that will continue to deliver on our point of difference.
Reporting directly to the Senior Car Park Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring that the centre has a strong leadership presence that supports their overall objectives in delivering the best possible guest experience in all facets of the customer visit and compliments the Centre Management team in achieving this.
The role will provide coverage across five working days (Tuesday - Saturday) and to support the operational needs of the business.
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
- strong client relationship management experience;
- outstanding customer service skills;
- proven experience in assisting in leading, training and managing a team in a fast paced, client focused environment;
- have experience with arranging staff rosters that provide the optimum amount of staff to deliver the best possible customer service, whilst also ensuring that all Car Park equipment is operating efficiently;
- experience using MS Office (including generating and analysing statistical reports in excel);
- ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement; and
- outstanding presentation;
- communications skills; and
- ability to fulfill the work pattern requirements.
The successful candidate will be subject to the completion of satisfactory police and reference checks.
