About the role:
Based in Main Beach at Australia’s only Theme Park Accommodation Provider, Sea World Resort, you will support the Housekeeping Manager with managing, co-ordinating and ensuring the smooth running of all housekeeping services... All while creating joy and memories that last lifetimes for all of our guests!
What you’ll do:
By working with our dynamic team of Room Attendants to ensure consistency and levels of expectations are met, you will also be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Ensure the cleaning of guest rooms and guest areas are completed effectively within the required time frames, including managing and assisting as required
• Assist with the preparation of daily operations and ensure they are completed to the resort’s high standard of operating procedures
• Assist with stock control and ordering of products
• Supervision of team members, including coaching, training, mentoring and completing room and public area inspections
• Assist with controlling, monitoring and reporting of expenditure against expenses the Housekeeping Department
• Ensure adhererance to Work Health and Safety Standards
What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy resort environment
• High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Be physically fit
• Have a high level of personal presentation and excellent customer service skills
• Proven track record in people management and development
• Must be available to work weekends and Public Holidays as required
